CDM Principal Designer Service Overview

The CDM Principal Designer is legally responsible for health and safety planning in the design phase. This includes coordinating design team input, providing key information to the Principal Contractor, and supporting the Client in fulfilling their duties. enevo acts either in the Principal Designer role or as your advisor, ensuring CDM responsibilities are met, risks are assessed and reduced, and the project proceeds safely and lawfully.
