What are BREEAM Reports?

BREEAM reports are essential for demonstrating and evidencing sustainability performance in construction projects, whether new build, refurbishment or fit-out. At enevo, we provide a comprehensive suite of BREEAM-related reports to help you maximise credits for your BREEAM Assessment, even if we are not your appointed BREEAM Assessor. These reports cover areas such as daylighting, glare control, indoor air quality, energy performance, thermal modelling, life cycle assessment, and more, providing the practical documentation required to achieve higher BREEAM ratings.

All enevo BREEAM reports are prepared in full alignment with the latest BRE technical manuals, including the evolving BREEAM Version 7 frameworks, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compatibility with current and upcoming assessment criteria.

The BREEAM assessment process measures the procurement, design, construction, and operation of a development against defined performance benchmarks, with ratings ranging from Pass to Outstanding. Achieving these credits demonstrates commitment to best practice, improves project value, and can support planning, funding, and occupancy objectives.

Engaging a BREEAM AP (Advisory Professional) offers an additional advantage. A BREEAM AP is a qualified specialist who advises the design team on how to integrate BREEAM requirements from the earliest stages. According to BRE, appointing a BREEAM AP early can deliver up to three extra BREEAM credits and significantly streamline the compliance process by identifying opportunities, coordinating evidence, and supporting decision-making throughout the project. Our in-house BREEAM AP is available to provide this strategic support, ensuring your project stays efficient, compliant, and on track for the best possible rating.
