We are looking for an ambitious IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team at an exciting stage of our journey. This role is ideal for someone a few years out of university who wants to play a key part in shaping systems and technology across a growing group of companies.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for coordinating IT/software projects, supporting the design and build of apps and reporting tools, and working with divisional directors to digitise and centralise processes. You will help the business to report data at both a group and divisional level, giving leadership the real-time insights needed to support growth.

This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and will suit someone who wants to grow with the business, take ownership of projects, and build their career in IT, digital transformation, and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage IT and software projects across the group.
• Work with divisional directors to identify software and reporting needs.
• Support the design and build of apps, AI tools, and dashboards that add value to the business.
• Help digitise and automate processes to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain reports that centralise data across group companies.
• Support the development of a live KPI app for group and divisional performance.
• Assist with integrating new acquisitions into group systems.

Skills & Experience

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business/Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in IT project delivery, business analysis, or software development.
• Strong interest in software, apps, AI, and data reporting.
• Experience with project delivery, system integration, or data/reporting tools (desirable but not essential).
• Confidence in working with stakeholders across all levels of a business.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to deliver results.

Building Control Surveyor

Level: 2A – 3G/H

Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 (DOE) plus car allowance

Location: Leeds and Bradford

The Role

Working in a defined geographical area you will support and build relationships with clients by providing proactive building regulations plans and site assessment services on a diverse range of projects. You will need to build great relationships with clients, be organised and self motivated.

• Inspecting buildings being constructed or converted, working closely with Developers and Builders to ensure the works are in accordance with Building Regulations.
• Plan checking making sure compliant to building regulations.
• Effectively self-manage, forward-planning own workload to provide a responsive, helpful and professional service whilst maximising time spent on site.
• Recording inspection details on the system and communicating comments to customers.
• Ongoing liaison with Developers / Clients / Builders, offering technical advice and guidance.
• Undertake any other duties as reasonably required and building relationships.

Experience and Qualifications

• Registered with BSR, minimum 2A.
• Great with Clients, technically astute, organised and self-motivated
• Member of MRICS / MCABE/ MCIOB
• Relevant experience of site inspections and plan checks
• Knowledge of building regulations and associated legislation
