We’re pleased to confirm that enevo will be attending MIPIM 2026, taking our place in Cannes as part of the Place North delegation of Partners, Partner Pro and Prestige companies championing the strengths of the North of England’s construction and built environment sector.
MIPIM (Le Marché international des professionnels de l’immobilier) is one of the world’s premier real estate and urban development gatherings, drawing more than 20,000 delegates from over 90 countries to the Palais des Festivals each March. It brings together developers, investors, policymakers and built environment decision-makers for four days of networking, conferences, workshops and business development opportunities.
For 2026 the programme includes a rich mix of content across multiple themed stages and deep dives, from investment trends and sustainable cities to data centres, logistics and housing. It’s a forum where high-level discussions meet practical outcomes and real project priorities.
Being part of the Place North delegation means we’ll be contributing to, and learning from, Investible North and Great Minds sessions designed to showcase the North of England’s development potential and investment propositions on the global stage.
enevo’s delegation will be in Cannes throughout the event from 9th to 13th March, ready to discuss building safety, compliance and control within the context of current regulatory and delivery challenges. We’re always interested in talking through real projects and tangible solutions, whether that’s early-stage advisory, Gateway planning, technical assurance or operational insights.
Representing enevo in Cannes are:
Chris Tongue, Commercial Director (chris.tongue@enevo.co.uk)
Jason Foster, Director, Building Safety (jason.foster@enevo.co.uk)
Chloe Mee, Client Manager (chloe.mee@enevo.co.uk)
If you’re attending MIPIM 2026 and would like to meet up for a coffee (or something stronger), or explore how we might support your next project, drop us a line, we’d be glad to connect.
