Following on from the success of the Uddingston scheme we were commissioned to assist with the planning and construction of a new build state of the art precast concrete production facility in Swadlincote, Derbyshire.

Enevo were commissioned to project completion stage and produced detailed designs and tender documentation for mechanical and electrical infrastructure and fit out works for the whole site. Works required considerable consultation with Italian specialist sub contractors in order to ensure mechanical and electrical services were in place. 

Typical Mechanical services involved:

New gas main, potable water main and fire main distribution to the site, potable cold water storage and distribution, steam boiler generating plant and distribution, waste water recovery storage and distribution, hot water generation and distribution, LTHW generation and distribution, local ventilation systems, local radiant heating systems, automatic controls.

Typical Electrical services involved:

HV transformer & diversion works, new HV incoming mains supply and distribution, earth array, LV cable distribution works, BT enabling works, ICT enabling works, LV distribution system including all sub-metering equipment, cable management/containment installations, Lighting installation + controls, emergency lighting installation, small power installation, fire alarm installation, voice and data installation, electrical supplies to specialist equipment, lightning protection system, earthing installation, electrical ancillary wiring associated with mechanical services systems.
