At enevo we believe accreditations should provide more than a logo on a webpage. They should give clients confidence that the way we work has been independently reviewed against recognised industry standards.

We are pleased to confirm that we have achieved Constructionline Gold membership and Constructionline’s Building Safety Act (BSA) Assessment for Higher‑Risk Buildings (HRBs).
Taken together, these accreditations provide independent confirmation of the organisational systems, governance and technical capability that sit behind our Building Safety consultancy services.
Independent assessment across quality and compliance
Constructionline Gold is a widely used pre‑qualification benchmark for construction and built environment organisations in the UK. To achieve it, organisations are assessed on areas such as financial standing, health and safety, quality management, environmental management and governance.
Constructionline’s Building Safety Act Assessment is aimed at organisations delivering work on buildings subject to Building Safety Act requirements, including Higher‑Risk Buildings as defined in legislation.
The assessment reviews the policies, procedures and organisational competence required to demonstrate alignment with the Building Safety Act, including dutyholder roles, information management, governance and the systems that support compliant project delivery.
What this means for our clients
The Building Safety Act has reshaped how Higher‑Risk Buildings are designed, constructed and managed. Clients now carry clearer legal responsibilities and are expected to demonstrate compliance throughout each stage of a project. Independent assessment offers clients additional reassurance that enevo has organisational systems in place to support those responsibilities.
It confirms that our processes have been reviewed against recognised industry standards and that our governance, information management and quality procedures have been tested through an external accreditation process.
For our clients, this means:
- ✓ Confidence that documented governance and quality management systems are in place
- ✓ Independently assessed processes that support work under the Building Safety Act
- ✓ Practical support with coordinating dutyholders and their responsibilities
- ✓ Structured management of compliance information and the Golden Thread
- ✓ A consultancy committed to ongoing review and improvement of how services are delivered.
Supporting projects from the outset
Building Safety Act compliance extends beyond Gateway applications and relies on clear responsibilities, well‑managed information, effective collaboration and reliable evidence from the earliest stages of a project through to completion.
enevo’s teams work alongside clients, designers, contractors and other dutyholders to embed these requirements into project delivery from the start. This approach helps reduce risk, improve coordination and give greater certainty as projects progress.
These latest accreditations recognise the organisational systems and controls that underpin this way of working.
Continuing to invest in quality
As regulation continues to evolve, clients need advisers who combine technical expertise with strong governance and proven organisational competence. Achieving Constructionline Gold and Constructionline’s Building Safety Act Assessment reflects the investment enevo continues to make in our people, our systems and the quality of the services we deliver.
For clients, this offers added confidence that when they appoint enevo, they are working with a consultancy whose processes and organisational standards have been independently assessed against recognised industry benchmarks.
