Empire – Various Developments

What did the project require?

enevo has worked with Empire on a variety of property developments including Globe Works in Bolton, Churchside in Wolverhampton and Consort House in Doncaster.

Prior to construction, we provided the company with SAP Calculations. Once the developments were completed, we delivered EPCs, Ventilation Testing (Part F) and Sound Testing (Part E).

We always work closely with Empire to ensure they receive their desired SAP rating in the most cost-effective way.

enevo has also recently been appointed to carry out these services at a new Empire development of 180 flats in Newcastle City Centre and 113 flats at Grosvenor House in Runcorn.
