Birmingham City Council set out to refurbish a Grade II listed building for the use of a local primary school. The project includes 14 classrooms, a main hall, kitchen refurbishment and staff areas.
What did the project require?
The refurbishment took place within a constrained timescale, as it needed to be finished for the start of the 2019 school year. We had to work closely with Balfour Beatty throughout the project to ensure work progressed at the appropriate rate whilst adhering to the Council’s Grade II listed building legislation.
